Do you accept international orders?
Sadly not at this moment, we do not accept any international orders out of Singapore at the moment.


How much is the delivery charges?
Flat rate of S$5.00 for orders under S$100.00 (excluding delivery charges).
FREE shipping for orders S$100.00 and above (excluding delivery charges).


What is the courier delivery day and time?
Every Tuesday & Thursday, 9am – 10pm
No delivery will be made on Sunday or Public Holiday.
* Special arrangement can be done as requests.

What happened if I missed my delivery?
We will be making a total of 3 delivery tries. So if you missed out the 1st delivery, there will be 2 more deliveries in the next 2 consecutive days. Normally, we will call/whatsapp customers to confirm the schedule before delivery.

What if some of the product shipping time is shorter and some are longer, when will you deliver my order?
In such cases, we will hold the delivery and consolidate all the items in your order before delivering it in a single shipment.
We do recommend customers to take the longest shipping day(shown on each product listing) as a guide for calculating the shipping duration.

There’s a mistake with my delivery address. How do I correct it?
As soon as you spot a mistake or an error with your delivery address, do contact us immediately at [email protected] or WhatsApp +65 9424 4993 as we won’t be able to correct it once your order is out for delivery.
We will not be responsible and liable for items with a wrong delivery address provided.
Any re-delivery fee after order has been sent out with the wrong address provided will be borne by the customer.


Am I able to do a self-collection?
Sorry, self-collection is not available at the moment.

Usually your order will be shipped 2-3 business days after placing your order (subject to card clearance and stock availability - up to 7 days during sale/campaign periods).

Also, depending on your location and shipping option, your delivery times may vary. 

Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation email. After your package has left our warehouse and begun the delivery process, we will call you with a final confirmation of the Address and Time of delivery.

We offer a 7 Day Return / Exchange for our valued customers. 

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority.

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for items within 7 days of delivery date. Email us at [email protected]

  • We will issue an exchange or refund via store credits only.

  • We kindly ask that all items requested for return / exchange is not used or expired, undamaged and unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any. 

  • Note that return terms are different for defect and non-defect items. Kindly refer to the guidelines below. WonderLifeHacks.com reserves the right to reject any return/exchanges.

  • If you would like to request for returns via delivery, kindly note that there will be courier charges applicable. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in the process of shipping item back to us.
